What are the reasons for the transfer of aluminized layer?

The reasons of transfer:

1. The combination between aluminum and base film relatively poor.
2. Cementing compound not suitable.
3. Curing time too long.
4. Too much glue spread, cementing compound not fully dried, residual solvent infiltrate into aluminum layer.
5. Tension of winding&unwinding not suitable.

The solutions:

1. Use better metallized film. (Recommend the film from Zhejiang Changyu)
2. Use suitable cementing compound.
3. Make curing time short.
4. Do well control of glue spread.
5. Adjust the winding&unwinding of the roll.
